01 · IntelligencePolaris
Models, autonomous processes and large-scale data systems that turn raw signals into decisions your teams and software can act on.
Divisions
Polaris (intelligence), Orbit (software engineering), Terra (infrastructure), Lumen (design) and Vector (growth). Each is a separate practice with its own specialists; all of them build against the Operational Model.
01 · IntelligenceModels, autonomous processes and large-scale data systems that turn raw signals into decisions your teams and software can act on.
02 · Software EngineeringThird-party software and applications, APIs, CRM, CMS and B2B platforms and GPS tracking systems, built to production standards and integrated into your estate.
03 · InfrastructureAWS, Azure and Google Cloud, private and on-premises environments, hybrid architectures, data pipelines and the digital ecosystems that connect them.
04 · DesignDigital product design, UX research, UI and design systems, and graphic illustration for products and advertising, all grounded in how the underlying system works.
05 · GrowthBrand foundations, PR and communications strategy, audience analysis, advertising metrics and attribution, and remarketing built on first-party data.
Divisions in the model
Before code is written or a campaign is launched, we write down the objects the organisation runs on, the actions taken on them and the signals that show whether those actions worked. Data, software, infrastructure, design and growth work are all built against that description.
